Build Your Order

Dial in exactly how many pounds of each meat and how much of each side you want, choose a pickup window, and pay securely. That is it. We handle everything from here.

We Get to Work

We source the finest cuts, fire up the smoker, and cook low and slow the way it was meant to be done. Your order gets our full attention from prep to finish.

Pickup Fresh

On your chosen date and time, you come and pick everything up fresh out of the smoker and rested to perfection. Hot and ready to serve. Just good food when you need it.

Perfect for any occasion. Birthday parties, backyard gatherings, family dinners, game day, or any time a group of people deserves a real BBQ spread without the work.

A rough guide for how much to order. Build your own below however you like. The price adds up as you go.

Small Family Pack

About 3 lbs of meat and 3 quarts of sides.
Feeds 4-6 people.

Large Family Pack

$200

About 6 lbs of meat and 4 quarts of sides.
Feeds 10-12 people.
